A holiday meal wouldn’t be the same without a pumpkin or apple pie to finish it off! Our classic double-crust apple pie, loaded with apples and spiced with cinnamon, is perfect. It has a delicious sweet-tart apple filling and a flaky, buttery homemade crust, made by hand in our pastry bakery in Hillsborough. We use locally milled, organic flour and Cabot Creamery butter.
