Our pastry bakers make our rich pumpkin cheesecake from scratch using locally milled, organic flour, local eggs, and Cabot Creamery butter. It has a pecan and ginger cookie crust and is topped with spiced whipped cream. It’s a creamy fall alternative to traditional pumpkin pie.
