A holiday meal wouldn’t be the same without a pumpkin or apple pie to finish it off! Our traditional pumpkin pie, with the aromatic spices nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and ginger, is perfect. Its creamy center and crispy crust are made by hand in our pastry bakery in Hillsborough. We use locally milled, organic flour and Cabot Creamery butter.
