Firsthand Foods’s locally grown, boneless smoked petite ham is the highest quality pork. The hogs are pasture raised on Animal Welfare Approved farms and are antibiotic-free. The hams are smoked for flavor but not fully cooked, and should be heated to an internal temp of 145 degrees.
